Do not attempt to interfere with the site or its security, submit false or automated form entries, make a booking you do not intend to keep, or copy the site’s content for another business.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.

When you submit a reservation or booking through this website, you are asking us to hold a place — your request is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us. Some requests are confirmed automatically and you will get an email straight away; others we review first and reply to as soon as we can. Until you have that confirmation, please do not assume the booking is held. If your plans change, please call us at (415) 555-0123 or reply to your confirmation as early as you can, so we can offer the place to someone else. We hold a confirmed booking for a short grace period after the booked time before releasing it; if you are running late, call us at (415) 555-0123 and we will do our best. We may need to change or cancel a booking ourselves — for example on a private-event day or if we are closed unexpectedly — and if we do, we will contact you using the details you gave us. Large parties may be subject to different arrangements, which we will discuss with you directly.

We keep our menu and prices as current as we can, but dishes, ingredients and prices can change, and items sometimes sell out. Prices shown on this website do not include tax or gratuity, and prices on third-party ordering platforms may be different. Allergies: our kitchen prepares dishes containing wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, peanuts, soy, fish, shellfish and sesame in a shared space, and we cannot guarantee that any dish is free of a given allergen. Descriptions on this website are a guide, not an allergen statement. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please tell us before you order — call us at (415) 555-0123 or tell your server, and we will tell you honestly what we can and cannot do.

This website is provided "as is". We do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or completely up to date, and we are not responsible for content on other companies’ websites that we link to.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website — for example a booking request that does not reach us, or information on the site that is out of date. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for personal injury, for the food or services we provide to you, for fraud or misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels in our jurisdiction. This does not limit any right you have to bring a claim in small-claims court, or any consumer-protection right you have under the law of your own state.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of these terms stays in effect.
